Let’s go for it!

The Court of Appeal has backed our arguments and, with them, has expressly stated that that Judgment was issued with ABSOLUTE DETACHMENT FROM THE BEST INTERESTS OF THE CHILD, from the evidence, from legal doctrine, from case law, from the Law and even from THE CONSTITUTION.

Today, THREE YEARS LATER, Sergio has obtained justice and has cried. Fortunately, there are judges who correct the misconduct produced by others.

Now we will claim FROM THOSE CONCERNED the damages and losses Sergio has suffered due to someone who, while entrusted with the duty to administer justice, seems to have decided to use their hands to give themselves a manicure.

Now, as always, NO MATTER WHO FALLS, we will support Sergio to the end.
